Dear Potential Ibsen Dance Theatre Parent and Student,
Thank you for inquiring about Ibsen Dance Theatre; we are so happy you are interested in our studio! We have a great year planned and would be delighted to have you join us as we begin our 26th season. We have enclosed all of our fall information along with the registration form. If the information does not answer all of your questions please feel free to call us at 816-436-7277.
You can choose the level of involvement that is right for you. Students can choose to dance for fun and exercise usually in one or two classes a week, where they will learn basic knowledge of dance, coordination and technique. The more serious student can choose from many different styles and levels of classes, potentially taking them to the highest level of dance, with classes available five days a week.
For the new school year, students are placed in classes based on age, grade and ability level. Our goal is for each student to feel comfortable in his or her environment, while learning the art of dance, drama or voice.
Ibsen Dance Theatre strives to offer excellent classes in all the performing arts. We take pride in our recitals and other performances while making our studio affordable, accessible and organized. Please compare us! We know you will find our curriculum, facility, instructors, class size and cost unsurpassed.
There are many performance opportunities too! We present Holiday Dance Performances, The Nutcracker, Drama Class Productions, Spring Recitals and various local performances at malls and festivals.

FALL ENROLLMENT DAY
Dance Shoe orders: Tuesday, August 12th, 5-8pm
New Student Enrollment Night
Dates: Wednesday, August 13th, 6-8 pm or
Wednesday, August 20th, 6-8pm
Dance shoes may be ordered on enrollment days. New preschool students should not buy shoes until after their first lesson. We do not offer shoe orders after September.
We recommend that you register for fall classes before the open house times so classes do not fill up without you! To register for fall classes, please fill out the registration form and send along with tuition, to Ibsen Dance Theatre.
